Upon full payment, clients will own the final delivered work product as specified in individual project agreements.
5. Client Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your brand, content, and materials provided during the project. You grant us a limited license to use your materials solely for the purpose of providing the services.
6. Payments and Fees
All fees are as quoted in our proposals or agreements. Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees.
7. Confidentiality
We agree to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your express permission, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Hadronsoft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any project delivered.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
9. Warranties
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We guarantee that work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all services provided up to the termination date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date.

14. Entire Agreement
