Service Explicit Category Discontinued
TRAI has discontinued the "Service Explicit" category for new template registration. All headers now require mandatory suffixes: -P (Promotional), -S (Service Implicit), -T (Transactional), -G (Government/Service Explicit legacy). Existing Service Explicit templates remain valid but no new registrations allowed.
